Hi guys,

For my assignment in Inclusion, I have to gain permission from a parent to observe a child who has concerning behaviours (the permission form doesn't mention the concerning behaviour, its just a regular permission form)

My question is if I'm allowed to write up a Behaviour Guidance Plan without informing the parent about it? The room's educator is also worried about it as the parent might be annoyed if it's implied their child has behavioural issues/may insist on reading the guidance plan

What would you recommend I do?

Thanks
