Hi i need some help with my last scenario about cathy.
You notice Cathy (the new untrained worker) talking to Annie's mum. You overhear Cathy discussing how another child Ben is always biting. Cathy goes on to say that she thinks that Ben is a bit of a bully and that the other staff at the service/centre do not punish him enough.
What would you do?
Who could you get advice from?
What advice could you give cathy?
What regulations, policies and procedures is Cathy breaching?
What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
so far i have:

I would pull Cathy to the side and tell her that we do not talk about other peoples children to other parents and that it is a breach of their privacy.
Who could you get advice from?
I would go to my manager/director and ask them what i should do
