what are possible situation's in early childhood and care setting where you would need to be aware legal requirements?
I am not sure about the above question i am doing my cert 3. I was thinking an answer would be i would need to be aware of legal requirements if a child came up to me and told me they were being abused. As it mandatory for me to report this.
