What is the question?

Due to cost of insurance and the risks involved in taking children outside of the service many children's services no longer take children on excursion.

The following task looks at the procedures that would need to be put in place if transporting children away from the children's services venue.

Question is check the websites given kidssafensw.org and kidsandtraffic.mq.edu.au , and List the relevant information available from these sites??

• Ensure all vehicles have child restraints and/or seatbelts according to child’s age and size.
• Talking traffic to kids and talk about how to keep safe.
• Key messages for children and adults.
• Use of well known rhymes and songs to teach children about road safety.
• Never leave young children alone in cars.
• Driveway safety.
• Road traffic environment.
• Use of helmets.
