hey everyone,
Ive attempted this question so many times that its not making sense anymore and Im getting nowhere. Im pretty sure my silly little attempt at an answer is far from right but here goes:
QUESTION
WHAT DOCUMENTS DETAIL CLIENTS RIGHTS AND YOUR RIGHTS
ANSWER
- Federal Privacy Act
- Equal Opportunity act

Thats all Ive managed to come up with, its pretty tragic, could anyone give me a hand and/or tell me where to find the right answer????

:wave: Hi Steffelz, I have jujst completed this module and my workbook states 'Staff and Clients also have access to information on their rights in the following',
Legislation (this would include The Child Care Act in your state)
Centre policies, procedures and protocols
Accreditation Standards, (National Childcare Accreditation Association Council)
Child Care Code of Ethics
I think this is what you are after.
