Hi there I am currently trying to complete I final module I have been asked to explain the following statement into my own words I am hoping someone can help to put it in simpler terms and help break it down

The word 'normal' is a value-laden, excluding concept that often precludes acknowledgment of the diversity of people, their life experiences and situations.
