How often is the evacuation procedure practised at the service and how does this compare with the requirement within your state and territory childcare regulations? (Please quote the relevant section.)

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
The fire evacuation procedure is practiced regularly throughout the year, in accordance with requirements specified in ACT Childcare Services Standards 2009 and the Victorian Children’s Services Regulations 2009.

- How do i 'quote' something directly from an act?? Im not quite understanding what this mean.
