HLTWHS003 Maintain work health and safety

I am also just starting this unit and am having trouble accessing answers to an assessment question from the learner guide which asks for students to identify existing and potential hazards to lifting and carrying and infant on your hip and also nappy changing,then for each of these hazards the question goes on to ask about inherent risk, residual risk and control risk, I have googled this question but cannot seem to find anything on these risks with relation to the education and care industry.
