I am not sure what I am supposed to be doing with this assessment question, it is set in a grid format but for some reason I couldn't copy it here.
Does it mean Eg: Scenario - A worker falls, Identify hazard?... is this where I make up a hazard Eg: Slippery floors and for the WHS solution would it be: A slippery when wet sign, cleaning up the spill ASAP.
I am just not sure if I am on the correct path, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
