Just wondering if anybody could help with this assessment.
An educator, while passing on messages to another educator, demonstrated non-compliant practices in the following:
NQS 5.1.2 Dignity and rights of the child
6.1 Respectful relationships with families are developed and maintained and families are supported in their parenting role.
National Regs 181 Confidentiality of records kept by approved provider
UN Convention - Children have the right to privacy
& The Privacy Act..
As the leader of the service, what would you do to address this breach?
