Qualitative and Quantitative Methods To Evaluate Sustainability

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with this question I have asked my work colleagues and they are unable to point me in right way, any help would be great.

Outline one qualitative method (ie change that can be inspired described) and one quantitative method (ie a change that can be measured numerically) that a service could use to evaluate their sustainability program.

As part of your answer include a method relating to each of the following

Cleaning and maintenance

Building

Equipment

Any help would be great
