Q 2. Explain the process you would follow to make an ethical decision. Identify and cite 2 sources relevant to your work role that would guide you in making responsible ethical decisions in your work role.

I would need to
• Keep an open mind.
• Try to be objective.
• Avoid stereotyping.
• Get to know your clients individually, so as to understand them better.
• Seek out information—knowledge is the key to understanding.
• Respect your clients and their rights.
The second part I'm not sure on? Any help would be a great help.
