That's what I thought !! The privately run centres would oppose it for sure. And especially now, it will take the sector a long time to recover.

Thx Lorina I wonder if it will go ahead as I imagine it would have an impact on costs/fee increases ? I guess we'll find out eventually. Keep your eyes peeled as well !
