Salt can be used to encourage children to write their names, also a great sensory experience.
Materials Needed:
- Salt
- Tray
What to do:
- Pour salt to cover the tray.
- The child uses their finger to write their name in the salt.
Hints and Tips:
- Add child's name card for them to copy
- Use crystal salt for different texture
- A paintbrush can be used to write with also helps the child with their pencil grasp
