Hi all,

I have completed my Diploma in early childcare and now enrolled in Advanced diploma in community.

I work as a full time Assistant educator in toddlers room.

I want to know what is the pay rate once I finish my advanced diploma, I know it takes me another year to finish the course. But still I’m curious to know. I wanted to know what level is considered once completed advanced diploma in community

The Advance Diploma only really benefits you if you get a job position as an Assistant Director/Director of a Service.

If you work as a full time assistant with a Diploma Qualification you will continue to be paid at the same rate unless you move into the Assistant Director role then your pay will increase once you completed the Advance Diploma.
