You could promote it that we all have things we are good at and things we could learn more about. For instance, Sally loves painting and she could encourage and help her friends with their painting.

I tell my kids it would be so boring if we all looked the same and did the same things. This way we can always ask a friend how to do something (like building blocks) if they are really cool at it!
