what happens with pay rate if you are a casual employee but undertaking a 3 month full time role .obviously you would get a contract but full time staff get sick and holiday pay that when you resume back to casual you wouldnt use.how does it work thanks .

When you become a full-time employee you accumulate sick and holiday pay, so I would assume since you are working for 3 months as a full-time employee you will only receive the entitlements for those 3 months. For the sick and holiday pay that you haven't used in those 3 months, when you have finished your contract you should be paid out that amount, before going back to casual.

I would recommend reading your contract and also confirming the above with your Director.
