Hi,
I don't work in a centre so not 100% sure of this so hoping someone can help.

1. Where would you fin information on how your service responds to Child Protection Issues?

Also another question i would appreciate if someone could check please?

2. List the legislative acts that govern Child Protection Services in your state.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
1. I'm assuming you would find these within the centre's policies and procedures folders?

2. Family Law Act 1975, Family Law Reform Act 1995, Family Law Amendment Act 2006, National Quality Standards, National Quality Framework

I actually have another question, if you are able to help? I've had a look at the link and through my notes but I can't seem to locate if there is a proper procedure or steps that I have to follow..

- Describe the actions/work practices you would take as a follow up from the report stage. In your response, discuss record keeping, parent queries regarding the notification and the needs of the child as they continue attending the service.
