Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCCN303A ASSIGNMENT 5 QUESTION E
Your Assignment Type: Case Scenario
Currently Working in Childcare? Yes
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
2 Instances where a family circumstances or culture might require you to adapt the orientation process and detail what changes you would need to make.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Family just moved here so no time for the scheduled visits – Adapt by ensuring the family and child do one tour of the centre so at least they know their way around and where their child's belongings go for the first day. Make sure the child's teacher and buddy are there to help with the routine and where everything is like the toilet, bag locker and hat on the first day.

I just can't think of another instance ... any help would be really helpful.

Thanks

You could also do a family enrolling who doesn't speak English, so you may need to arrange an interpretor to come and speak to the family about the centre etc.
