What are the key statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to your role and from which services policies and procedures would be developed?
You should be able to name key standards and regulations relating to work health and safety and early childhood education and care as well as other legislation that underpins the range of your policy and procedures?


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have done some research but not 100% sure what this question is asking..
Is it NQS and WHS act related our just after policy and procedures from a daycare centre

From what it sounds like this question is asking which regulations, legislation's, acts etc. forms the policies and procedures related to health and safety in early childhood. So this means any childcare legislation, regulations and acts you can find in regards to workplace health and safety should be added.

Yes, NQS and WHS act are related to this question...

just wondering if there is a site that has these all listed would my local WHS (tas.gov) site be enough whilst adding the NQS onthe end? just stuck on how to begin this without it beingto much of a copy paste thing,or is that what they want??

This one question seems easy enough but its the one i struggle to start..
