I can't seem to find what I need. If someone can point me in the right direction or a link to look at would be much appreciated. I haven't answered it yet having trouble finding information.

In Australia legislation has been put in place to ensure that all people can live and work safely in a socially diverse environment, free from discrimination. Everyone, regardless of race,religious belief, age, gender etc, is given the same opportunities and advantages. Legislation relates to balancing cultural needs and ensuring that no group of people(in particular minority groups or those who have been previously disadvantage) is advantaged at the expense of others.

Make a list of at least eight areas of legislation that apply in the context of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural safety.

human rights, discrimination legislation, alcohol and drugs, family laws/domestic support, health services/disability, schooling/education, employment opportunities,land rights-cultural safety all these are kinds of legislations.
