Hi Shaila

how did you end up going on this question

I was also not sure and still not sure on how to answer this question

this is what I had come up with are you able to let me know if I went in the right direction?

Step 4.

1.

Referring to my table in step 3 the impact to my strategies has benefited Christian’s daily routine.

2.

The strategies need to be reinforced daily and routine is very important. Catching up with Christians mum can be a barrier if pick and drop off time is different than my working hours.

3.

Reviews strategy, consulting with Christian’s parents any specialist’s information that may have changed recently and implementing any new strategies that has been approved by Christians parents, specialists, centre director and educator with Christian that may benefit Christian in any way.

4.

As an educator assistant if I were to identify and issues with a child or any concerns I would discuss this with my supervisor and they would follow the necessary steps to rectify any problems that may be occurring.

5.

Information that is gathered is confidential there is procedures to follow and a meeting can be arranged to discuss any concerns privately with parents.

6.

A meeting will be arranged between class educator, centre director and parents to discuss any concerns and ideas and without being over whelming information on specialists that may be able to help.
