CHCECE019- Q11- Explain why it is important to check for accuracy and completion of all documentation required for assessment. How you would ensure this occurs?

MY ANSWER- All forms are legal documents; they require full and accurate completion.

Yes, also they don't need to be sent back and forth in order to get completed, all information is correct so no mistakes are made during assessment of the centre. The Director, 2IC and room leaders could go through the documentation.
