Describe the plan that you would put in place to collaborate with others on a regular basis to review the quality improvement plan.

my answer:

Collaborate with staff regularly to ensure that you are addressing the key improvements identified. The regulations states that the QIP must be reviewed and revised at least annually and at any time when directed by the regulatory authority. Best practise would be to plan reviews at the monthly staff meetings to enable assessments of the key improvements sought and how your service is progressing against the improvement plans.

is this answer right?

OK, so your response includes why it is a good idea to collaborate with others however it doesn't answer HOW. So, "how" could include reviewing individual quality areas at the staff meeting, having suggestion/feedback form given to stakeholders on the quality areas, discuss with educators strategies being implemented and how can these be improved/changed etc.
