Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCORG303C - PARTICIPATE EFFECTIVELY IN THE WORK ENVIRONMENT
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
Why is it important to prioritise both team and individual tasks? When should these be reviewed and why?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Ok I am not to sure what this question is asking for.
All I can think is that some tasks are done as teams as more staff make a task flow better and some tasks are individual such as a child having individual time, or mopping the floors.
They should be reviewed at a regular staff meeting with any staffs comments and concerns as they may not be coping on there own and require assistance and some tasks may not need to be a team task anymore.

Description and Message:
Is this right or is there another path I need to follow.

Thanks :giggle:

It sounds like this question is referring to working in the workplace as a team or individual.

When working as a team prioritizing tasks can include making tasks flow better, providing support and guidance to one another, for health and safety procedures, during emergency situations, working on accreditation, offering feedback for policies and procedures, supervising children etc.

Individual tasks can include completing documentation, setting up activities, day to day chores, engaging in children's play etc.

Just to give you an idea... It's important to prioritize both team and individual tasks as it gives all team assurances on what tasks needs to be completed together and what tasks need to be completed as individuals.

The response you have added for when it should be reviewed is fine.

Hope this helps,
