Explain how you would monitor employee performance and what actions you would take to:

- give employees feedback and reinforcement.

-counsel employees whose performance dose not meet the expected standards

outline the counselling procedures you would follow and the steps that you would take to resolve the conflict to achieve a win/win result.you will need to demonstrate that you would utilise assertive communication methods and outline the negotiation procedures you would follow
