What are some strategies for how you will reflect on your own practice in an ECEC service?
My ans is -Receive feedback from families ,co-workers .
Using code of ethics -united convention on the right of the child . Identifying areas for improvement . Developing own philosphy .Self support through professional development.
what else I can add please guide me .
Q2 How will you use reflection to enhance your practice ?
ANS - Visit other centers .Attendind training.Learning about theory .
