if child is showing of symptoms of swearing,going bed with full cloths,picks fights with other peers so which risk indicator are these physical or sexual?

It may be physical...

For sexual the indicators will be more related to inappropriate knowledge of sex and sexual behaviour for their age, pain or bleeding in their genital area, fear of being by themselves with a particular person etc.
