Hi guys,
I'm having some trouble on a question. Could you give me some ideas on how to answer it?
How you would share information about incidents (include a posssible example)
- Appropriate Listening Process
-Respect
-Responsive strategies and follow up.

Thanks! Please answer ASAP!! :)

Hi sue,

Typically at a centre there is a procedure in place on how to deal with incidents that happen within the centre. When an incident does happen, normally an incident report is filled out. Here you give the details of what happened, treatments given etc… At this point the parents are also contacted to be notified about the incident that took place. While informing the parents you will need to show respect, comforting, reassuring and so forth… This could be the procedure for any incident such as a child falling over or a child being bitten or other similar incidents.
