Hello,

After some feed back if anyone can help please

Workplace Effectiveness

Question:

A range of potential benefits can come out of conducting a self-assessment of your performance. Describe one benefit for each

1. You:

Conducting a self-assessment on my own performance can be beneficial, giving me the awareness of my current weaknesses and strengths, allowing the opportunity for development in areas that require attention

2. Your service:

A performance self-assessment will benefit your service by highlighting current successes and opportunities for improvement

3. Your clients:

A benefit for your client by completing a performance self-assessment would be the knowledge of areas in which need attention that will result in improvement

4. The sustainability of your service:

A benefit would be to enable you to identify areas of your service which you could improve and this would then assist in the sustainability of your service

Thank you =)
