Could anyone help with choosing the two appropriate answers?

In relation to the above scenario, what should the director consider throughout the conflict resolution process?

Choose 2 (two) correct responses.

Appropriate support and mediation for all parties involved

The evidence an assessor will need to observe for quality area 7

Making every effort to resolve the issue which may disrupt work activities

The National Education and Care Regulations 2010

I got the answer wrong first submission, I chose A + B

Thank you

Hi, this was the above scenario:

Sarah is new to her service and notices another staff member leaves the playground without notifying her, thus resulting in her being alone with 16 preschool children for 35mins which is a breach of legislation.

Sarah decides to inform the director of this repeating situation as she is uncomfortable in approaching the staff member and causing friction with her new work colleagues.

Thank you
