Desicion Needs To Be Made - Not Your Responsibility

A a cert 3 educator not all decisions are completely upto you... One example could maybe be working with a student on placement... Let's just say your room leader is away and the student had to do a practical task that you had witnessed, would you sign off even though you are not the room leader? What happens if this was the studnets last day and she is compelling you to sign so she can get her qualification, what would you do?
