2). Watching a Youtube video about inclusion or Guest speaker incursion or excursion

Yes, reading a story is a good one.. Also maybe you can show them images of children with additional needs and families from different cultures and get the child's perspective of them, explain the images you are showing. Have activities planned such as for a child who is blind, you can cover child's eye with a ribbon and get them to come to you avoiding obstacles, for example.
