Workplace effectiveness

As an assistant Educator you are required to use ethical and nurturing practices in your everyday work role.

1.Explain the term ethical practices are -

Answer: Ethical practices - having moral principles, performing your job in the correct manner and trying to do what is right.

2.Explain the term nurturing practices are -

Nurturing practices is to support, encourage, care and protect.

3. Give 2 examples of ethical practice that you would use in a centre -

1-Time and attention can be beneficial to children with special needs

2-Children from culturally diverse families, may face additional obstacles and need extra support
