Hi,

I have a certificate 3, and am currently studying toward my B in Early Childhood.

Am I able to apply for Group Leader positions?

It sounds like you are working towards a qualification so you will be able to meet minimum ratio requirements within a centre as a Diploma qualified since you have completed your cert 3 and are currently studying your degree... However, I don't think you will be able to get a room leader position as yet since you have not completed a diploma. Once you have completed your degree or more than 50% of it then you should be qualified. Here is more information about it:
