Your Question?
1.How are work practises reviewed and modified in consultation with persons from a diverse cultural background?

2. Muddy Flats Children's service is free of culturally insensitive literature, posters and signage. Identify 3 other methods that Muddy Flats Children's Service can employ to eliminate bias and discrimination in the workplace.


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I am totally stuck on both of these questions.

For Q1: you could probably provide people from a diverse background with surveys/feedback forms in their language which will give them a clearer understanding of what you are reviewing in terms of work practices, speak to them individually or in groups to offer support and insight in what information you are trying to gather.
