Alright, so for administering first aid:

- think about the environment and whether it's safe to administer first aid at the spot or move elsewhere if possible
- what you nee to wear (such as gloves, make sure any open wounds are covered on you) etc.

For supervising:

- being aware of your surroundings
- not standing or sitting for long periods of time etc.

Hope this helps,

:geek:,

Q: Describe how can you accommodate childrens bedding preferences, individual sleep rituals and specific needs. How would you ensure all staff, including relief staff are aware of this information

My answer is

By providing support to children example children who cannot sleep because they are used to be sleeping with siblings or parents you can help them by stroking their back regardless you have permission

- children who sleeps better with light room should be put in lighted room

- children who easily settled try to darkened their room if they prefer to

-children who sleeps in noisy environment you can put music to put them to sleep

-children who find it hard to settle can also be put to your arms at thesame time rocking them

-children who find it hard to slerp at once you can read them stories that can put them to sleep

-asked parents for something that children can have with them like blankets that can make them feel that they are at home together with family member to put them to sleep.

-How will you ensure staff are aware of this information?

By telling them who are the children who can settle easily, by recording the names of the children and their rituals so it can be easy for the relief staff to put children to sleep, by personally asking to parents children rituals and discussing it with staff
