Ans : The Co-ordinator, supervisor and the director will be responsible legally. The co-ordinator should consider the potential hazard and prioritise the maintenance jobs. It is the supervisors responsibility to make sure the staff members are performing their duties. The director of the institution should make regular visits to the centre and make sure the staff and the supervisor are able to run the centre smoothly.

b) What strategies could be put in place to avoid this situation occurring in the future?

Ans: The co-ordinator should understand the potential hazard and prioritise the maintenance jobs. If there is a lot of work for one person, the other staff members and assistants can help the co-ordinator by sharing the duties. If the co-ordinator is not good at delegating, the supervisor can allot the work equally among the staff members.
