Since you have been studying the cert 3 you have the basic knowledge of working in childcare and with the Diploma it will give you more in depth knowledge and prepare you to be a room leader. You will learn about programming, working with diverse families, laws, regulations etc. It can be a little difficult but it's not impossible to complete and if you are looking to be a room leader then you need to complete it.
