Explain your understanding of the following laws, regulations and standards and why they are important to Early Childhood Education and Care Services:

1. Education and Care Services National Law

2. Education and Care Services National Regulations

3. National Quality Framework

4. National Quality Standard

I have been reading over the course materials provided for this topic and can not make sense of what this question is wanting me to include in my answer. Does anyone have any suggestions they can offer?

Hi there. There is also a document in the NQF resource library on the ACECQA website called - Guide to the National Quality Framework, which should help you a lot. It basically explains what the framework is, how it came about, the objectives of the framework, and what is included under the framework - which is the Law, Regulations, Standards, etc.
