Hi, I'm currently working through my assessment and I'm a little stuck on question 1b. I have split the question into 2 parts:
Part 1: Prior to starting
Part 2: First day
i understand i have to do 5 points for each and expand on them I'm just concerned that I'm not on the right track...
so far i have (each point has been expanded on and explained how it would help Katherine and her family settle into care)
Prior:
1. Orientation
2. Introduction to primary caregiver
3. Access to services policies and procedures
4. Seperation plan
5. Family photo brought in
First day:
1. Welcome note on door
2. How to carry out the separation when Amanda leaves (incorporating the seperation plan)
3. Discuss Katherines progress with Amanda throughout the day
4. ????
5. Take photos of Katherine during the day
am i on the right track??? and could someone please give me some advice on what i could put as another point for the first day.
