In a bit of a dilemma here, I had answered this then went back over it rereading the question, now have got to state of confusing myself ugh, the question is
Identify 5 Laws and regulation relevant to a regulated education and care services?
My answer is:
Working with Children(Risk Management & Screening) Act 2000
Duty of Care - Child Protection Act - Child Care Act 2001
Code of Ethics & Conduct
ACT Childcare Services Standards
National Quality Standards
So am I right or am in going in the wrong direction ugh, thanks for any help on this. I should know this but brain has gone blank and checking on things there are so many answers I can give, I have now confused myself, should have left my first answer there, now cant remember what it was. :/
