I have started with

sleep - sleep at home might be in a quieter environment and they may have trouble sleeping at care because of the noise. They would possibly end up having less sleep than normal

meals - these might be different to what the child is used to at home and they may not be willing to try therefore not getting enough food for the day

Being in care - If the child has not been in care before there may be attachment issues and drop off could be stressful for the child and parent

Any other ideas you can help with please and is this the right type of answer for the question?

Thankyou

Yes you're on the right track...

sleep would also include different bed, sleeping in the same room as other children etc.

children - having to be around a lot of children, some children may not be used to this, may be overwhelming to some children.

toileting - having to go to the toilet without privacy, with other children etc.

Hope this helps!
