I'm unsure if I am just meant to think of ways that I believe information could be gathered? I dont believe I need to elaborate too much as the space for my answer is quite small.
I couldn't see too much in the learners guide relating to this, which is why I'm thinking its asking for my personal thoughts on how information could be gathered?
