Multicultural Activities for Australia Day 0-5y

Question

Hi all,

I'm looking for some ideas for Australia Day activities that promote and reflect the diversity that we have within the centre I work at. I am hoping that I will be able to get each room to have a different activity set up that the children can move between. Suggestions would be so appreciated! Anything from arts and craft, maybe some basic cooking (would need to be easily made in large quantities), games, songs etc.

Thanks Lorina. I'm more looking for multicultural activities. So far I have origami, Aboriginal flag collage, basic cooking of a different country (possibly pizza) and songs in different languages that we have in the centre.
