Hi I was just wondering if any other centres have gone back to the old observation like they used when A,B,C was around

I worked at ABC years ago and I can't remember what the observations were like then... I remember they had a set of their own outcomes we had to refer to but I don't exactly remember the layout or the style... It was just like an anecdotal record wasn't it?
