hi , I'm stuck on a few questions as below

question 1 - access, value and submit the following :

- the name of operational policy? I'm aware there is a few so I don't know what is the main one they are after.

- is it current ?

- is content relevant to state or federal requirements? how?

question 2 - 1. describe how you would develop a procedure for your draft policy ? is this things like this

Procedure /title

Policy –

Area- operational

Document control

Responsible officer: Procedure Number: Contact officer: Policy:

Effective date: Review date:

Scope Definitions&Acronyms Procedure Links to associated documents Acknowledgements and references

Revision record

Version Approval date Authorised by Effective date Review cycle Changes made

2. where would you source the relevant content from to ensure it meets the statutory and regulatory authorities' "requirements? this would be things like ACECQA - the education and care services national law and regulations , NQS, EYLF.

3. how will you know that you have included all relevant actions to be performed to enable the policy to be effectively implemented?

thankyou in advise

So, operational policy means any policy that is currently in use at the centre. For example sun safety, nappy changing procedure, food handling policy, etc.

As far as I understand you need to pick any policy and research whether it is current and it includes laws and regulations in it, etc.

Here is some information on policy development:

Developing A Policy

Hope this helps!
