hello there,I have completed my assignment but just stuck with two of these questions,can anybody help me plz???
1-How can we locate a policy and procedure manual in a child care centre?
I tried to search for the answer but what I got in return was policy and procedure manuals of different institutions according to their own that's why am stuck....need help to answer this one properly
2-How can we gather information in regards to our position description/job performance
My ans---Steps in Developing Job Descriptions
Gather the appropriate people for the task
Perform a job analysis.
Write the job description
Review the job description periodically
Use the job description as a basis for the employee development plan (PDP)
is the above answer correct and sufficient or in other case what changes I need to make in this?
