Please suggest how to answer the below questions.
You have been asked to participate in the review of the policy relating to sun protection in your centre. In particular you are to assess the 'No hat, no outdoor play' policy which requires children to be restricted in the veranda if they do not have their hat.
Q- 1what changes could be recommended to this policy to ensure it is fair to all children and educators.
Changes-
-Keep spare hats in case parent forgot to send their child with hat.
- play in the shade (under a tree ) if not wearing a hat
- send reminders to parents to pack their childeren hats everyday.
- no hat, no outdoor play policy could be waived off during colder weather (may-aug)
Correct me if am wrong and any other suggestions apart from above mentioned changes?
Q-2 What documents would you refer in order to review this policy.?
I am completely clueless about how to answer the above question.
