Hi all.

I am really interested in seeing the way FDC Educators record their Improvement Plans.

I just can't decide on a way that works for me.

I'm hoping for inspiration.

Hi Lindy, 

Don't know if this helps but on the ACECQA site has a guide available for developing a Quality Improvement Plan. I'll add the link below. Maybe you could use this or get some ideas from it...
